Medieval ruined castle on wild, wind-swept coast. Famous for associations with Arthurian legend. Built largely in 13thC by Richard, Earl of Cornwall. Used as a prison in 14thC.

Small 14thC building on the plan of a medieval manor-house, with large hall. Used in 19thC as a letter-receiving office for the district and restored as such.
